The Mohican State Park camper cabins each have a ceiling fan and electric fireplace. Guests of the Mohican State Park cabins must bring their own linens, cooking gear, camping gear and sleeping gear. Mohican State Park does not permit pets in the camper cabins. Outdoor tent camping is allowed for two additional overnight guests.

Other types of accommodation available at Mohican State Park are Class A camping at the main campground, primitive group campsites, covered bridge campground Class B camping and 25 family cottages. All other types of accommodation are available year-round, though the main campground water shuts off at the beginning of November and turns on at the beginning of April. The Mohican Lodge and Conference Center also offers 96 air-conditioned rooms with amenities such as private balconies and color televisions.
