As of 2015, it is possible to see Bob Hope's house in Palm Springs from the outside; however, there are no public tours of the interior. The home is located in the Southridge community of Palm Springs. It was designed by architect John Lautner in 1973.
The home of Hope and his wife, Dolores, is 23,366 square feet and includes six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a pond, tennis court and pools. It was designed to resemble a volcano and has a hole in the center so the courtyards is open to the sky. The home was the Hope's third in Palm Springs and was primarily used as their second home.
