As of 2015, some popular Wisconsin lakes include Lake Michigan and the Door County, Wisconsin community and Lake Minocqua. Both of these lake offer towns and outdoor activities dotting the shores.
The Lake Michigan and the Door County, Wisconsin community feature many little towns, inlets and bays surrounding the lake, as well as 30 beaches, five national parks and 10 lighthouses. With 300 miles of shoreline, this popular lake accommodates many visitors.
Lake Minocqua is the biggest of 3,000 lakes in northern Wisconsin. This lake area is quieter than many other lake areas and offers more for families to enjoy.
