As of 2015, Philippine Airlines has a specific accrual scheme for earning Mabuhay Miles based on flight destination and ticket class. for example, those flying Budget Economy on domestic flights with a Booking Class Codes (BCC) of V, B, X, K, T, U, O or E earn miles at 50 percent of the ticket cost. Budget economy passengers on international or regional flights with BBC T, U, O or E will also earn miles at this rate. Premium Business Class passengers with BCC J or C can earn miles at 150 percent their ticket cost when flying domestic, regional or international flights.
