View your MassHealth status online on your My Accounts page. You can also view the status of documents that you sent to MassHealth. The My Accounts page has information on when the documents were received and whether they have been processed.
To view the status of your MassHealth account, you must be the head of the household, be receiving MassHealth benefits and have a virtual gateway account. If you want to check the status of your MassHealth account, log into your My Accounts Page. This page has information on benefits and eligibility notices for members of your household. This page also has information on the next steps or things that the head of the household should do as well as due dates and outstanding documents that MassHealth needs as proof.
If a member of the household has sent documents to MassHealth, he can go to the Documents section on the My Accounts page to check the status of these documents. This section has information on when the documents were received and whether they have been processed. This section also has information on who the document pertains to, the document type and the date received. If the status on the My Accounts page reads "Processed," the document has a disposition. If it reads "Unprocessed," the document does not have a disposition.
