Lodging options at Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio include cottages, cabins and campgrounds. Hocking Hills has 40 family housekeeping cottages that sleep up to six persons each and have amenities such as bathrooms, showers, complete kitchens and screened porches. The park also has three camper cabins available from May to October with cot and bench beds, stoves, coolers, and cap lights. There are 156 electric and 13 non-electric campsites at Hocking Hills State Park.
Hocking Hills State Park campsites have paved pads and can accommodate units of up to 50 feet in length. Camp facilities include heated showers, flush toilets, a dump station, a laundry facility and a camp store. Registered guests and campers have free access to the swimming pool by the dining lodge, a volleyball court, a horseshoe pit and playgrounds. There are 30 walk-in family campsites with pit latrines, and tent-only group camps are available by reservation.
Hocking Hills State Park is a 2,356-acre park with natural features such as waterfalls, deep hemlock gorges and towering cliffs. The park provides a range of recreational opportunities, including an archery range, fishing at the 17-acre Rose Lake (with valid Ohio fishing license), hunting, picnicking and swimming. There are nine hiking trails within Hocking Hills. The Hocking Hills Dining Lodge Restaurant is open year-round.
