Information on Greyhound operations in Canada may be found on the company website, Greyhound.ca, and on the VIA Rail Canada website, Viarail.ca. Information on routes, fares and connection points with other types of transportation, including trains and airports, is available. Tickets may be booked online, by phone or in person.
The service and routes tab allows access to Greyhound Express, the ticket search and booking engine. The print at home feature allows tickets to be printed from any computer. Other information is available on priority boarding, available for an additional fee, and the purchasing of Greyhound Hound Bucks, which are travel vouchers given as gift certificates.
A link to Gray Line offers information on tours in major cities, such as Vancouver and Toronto, as well as for attractions such as Niagara Falls. Another link leads to Greyhound Courier Express, providing package shipping services across Canada and internationally. Door-to-door and counter-to-counter service is available. A package tracking feature is also included on the website.
VIA Rail provides information on connection points between the trains and Greyhound bus service. In many areas, such as in Vancouver, the Greyhound main terminal is located at the VIA Rail station. Bus tickets may not be booked on the VIA Rail website. Instead, users are referred to the Greyhound phone number and website.
