Piedmont and Northside Hospitals cater to patients and visitors who need on-site transportation. Piedmont Hospital has shuttle routes between buildings and parking decks on the hospital campus. The services are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Northside Hospital has a courtesy bus that shuttles between the hospital, the Emergency Department, the Cancer Center and the Medical Tower. It operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The Veteran's Administration Medical Center also has a shuttle route for patients, visitors and staff that runs between Briarcliff Road and the hospital's main building every 15 minutes. This transportation service is available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m.until 6 p.m.

Emory University Hospital's shuttle service, also known as Cliff, has hourly routes available Monday through Friday between multiple Emory University and Emory University Hospital campuses. Some of the daily routes include Emory University Hospital to Emory University Hospital in Midtown and Grady Memorial Hospital to Emory University Hospital.
