What Are Some Good Sources of Maps of British Columbia?

Some good sources of British Columbia maps are the Hello BC, GeoBC and British Columbia Ministry of Education websites. The British Columbia Ministry of Education map gives the locations of the First Nations Peoples in the province. Each tribe has its own colored region on the map.

The GeoBC website provides interactive maps of the region and the ability to zoom in on specific points. Hello BC allow people to view driving, transportation and tourism maps. There are also a range of park guides and driving routes. Maps are divided into cities, neighborhoods or tourism regions. For instance, the Vancouver city map is broken up into several different neighborhood maps from downtown Vancouver to Little India. Vancouver is also included in the Vancouver, Coast and Mountains map and the Vancouver Island map.

Hello BC also has a detailed British Columbia map that includes the entire region. The northern border of British Columbia abuts the Yukon Territory with Tatshenshini Alsek Park in the northwest corner. The west side of the province borders Alaska and the Pacific Ocean. The United States lies to the south of the province with Alberta to the east. British Columbia boasts the Canadian Rocky Mountains and multiple parks, rivers and lakes.
