How Do You Get a Frontier Boarding Pass?

Travelers can obtain Frontier boarding passes by online check-in at, at an airport kiosk, or at the service counter. Passengers traveling on Classic Plus tickets or who are Elite level members of the Early Returns mileage program may use the priority check-in lanes at the service counters.

Online check-in must occur between 24 hours and 60 minutes prior to your flight's scheduled departure time. All that's needed is the passenger last name and the reservation code. Follow the prompts and print your boarding pass. Using this option, you only need to be at the gate within 30 minutes of your flight's departure.

You must check in baggage at least 45 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes prior to international flights. Passengers who check in online may head directly to the Curbside Bag Drop area. Baggage fees are generally lower if you pay online. If your bags are oversized or over the weight limits, additional fees are due at the airport. Personal assistance devices, such as wheelchairs or walkers, are exempt from fees, but you must check them in at the counter for the fee waiver.

Check-in at the automated kiosks requires your reservation code and a scan of your confirmation code, passport or credit card. Kiosk check-in allows you to confirm your itinerary, take care of baggage fees, upgrade your ticket and print your boarding pass. Time parameters are the same as for online check-in.
