Full Answer

The underground level in Terminal 1 has the long-distance train station. The next floor, Level 0, has the Sheraton hotel and regional trains. A taxi stand and also a shuttle bus to the 2nd level of Terminal 2 is available from Level 0. Level 1 is the baggage claim area with a public meeting point. Level 2 is the check-in area and security control. Past security, there is access to Concourses B and C as well as the Satellite Pier with Concourses A and Z. Level 3 contains more concourse area and the flight gates, as well as a tunnel from Concourse A to B.

Terminal 2 only has Levels 2 and 3 with Concourses D and E. The Sky Line train takes passengers from Levels 2 and 3 in Terminal 1 to Level 3 in Terminal 2. Check-in and baggage claim at Terminal 2 are on Level 2. Terminal 2 also has Lufthansa's first class service lounge. All gates are on Level 3 in both terminals.
