Travelers on the Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas have a choice of four rooms: suites/deluxe staterooms, balcony suites, outside staterooms and interior staterooms. The suites/deluxe staterooms are the most luxurious, and some offer extras such as complementary concierge service or a baby grand piano
The DreamWorks Experience is a family-themed activity that features trivia, scavenger hunts and dining with characters from the movies "Shrek," "Madagascar," "Kung Fu Panda" and "How to Train Your Dragon."
Dining options include Sorrentos, a pizza restaurant; Johnny Rockets, a 1950s-style diner; Ben & Jerry’s ice cream parlor; and fine dining at Chops Grill. The cruise liner also features a state-of-the-art fitness center offering classes such as yoga and tai chi.
The FlowRider surf simulator features artificial waves that are created when water pumps project a 3-inch layer of water at speeds ranging from 20 to 30 miles per hour. The process replicates the shape of ocean waves, allowing people to surf.
