Exhibits at the Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee include the Coal Miner's Daughter Museum displaying the singer's memorabilia and awards; the Frontier Homestead with cookware, clothing and tools; and the Grist Mill Museum. The site also houses the Native American Artifact Museum and Loretta's Fan and Doll Museum.
The Grist Mill Museum holds nineteenth-century equipment used to produce corn meal. The Native American Artifact Museum displays more than 5,000 artifacts and relics, preserved by Loretta Lynn who has Native American heritage. Loretta's Fan and Doll museum displays dolls and other gifts that fans have sent her over the years. The Ranch entrance fee includes free entry to all the museums.
