The structure of the cubic field divides into three axes. The edges of the cube are three spectrums where there is an identification of only the beginning and the end points. The intermediate positions of the field are just hybridizations of these three limits.
The first spectrum ranges from a map created for personal use to a map targeted for a broad range of users. The second spectrum of the cubic field extends to display something unknown to something already known. The third spectrum extends from an application with a high degree of interactivity to that of a low degree of interactivity.
There is a possibility of a fourth spectrum along the solid inner diagonal. It represents the relationship between communication and visualization. Each face of the cube covers a 90-degree field view in the vertical and horizontal dimension. Each face encodes one-sixth of the panoramic surrounding of an object.
