Romania is in Southeast Europe. It borders Ukraine and Bulgaria, as well as the Black Sea. Russia stretches across Eastern Europe and Northern Asia and has a vast area of 6.5 million square miles. The nation of Rwanda is located in Central Africa and is infamous for an ethnic genocide that occurred there in 1994.
