Once enrolled, however, they state that the only way to earn money is to recruit other salespeople to work under their direction. Referral consultants and certified travel consultants primarily earn commissions through selling membership or sponsoring other representatives.

Although the compensation plan appears generous, former employees of the company report that it's misleading. Approximately 65% of travel commissions are paid only for referring consultants of the program, and certified travel consultants earn up to 75%. The company only pays commission on packages, not airfare.
