The most recent complaint involved a seller whose posting was not listed punctually and an unresponsive customer service representative. The complain was resolved as requested in a timely manner. Two other complaints were issued by buyers and sellers who did not read the membership agreement or seller agreement accurately. The final complaint focused on an erroneous price listing. Because advertising is created by owners, there are occasionally pricing errors that are honest clerical errors. Redweek reserves the right to adjust published errors without obliging the owner to honor the erroneous listing.
Redweek resolved all four complaints, which were then were closed with the BBB. Redweek Inc has been a member of the BBB since 2006 and boasts an A+ rating.Learn more about Geography
