Super Shuttle operates service in dozens of cities throughout the United States, including Jacksonville, Kansas City, Houston and New York City, as of 2015. Other cities in which it operates are Dallas, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Denver.
Super Shuttle is a shuttle service that provides customers with private or shared ride transportation to and from many major U.S. airports. Customers have the ability to book shuttle service in advance of a flight through the company's website, SuperShuttle.com, as well as through a local phone service in the event that the customer needs to book for a large number of travelers. When making an online reservation, customers do not need to enter payment information ahead of time. Instead, the driver is paid at the end of the trip.
Customers can also ride on a Super Shuttle vehicle without making a reservation by visiting the appropriate kiosk at participating airports. These are the same kiosks at which customers who reserve transpiration in advance wait to board the shuttle. While convenient, one major drawback of the walk-up service is that there is not a guarantee that an approaching shuttle has space for that customer. Advance reservations always take priority over walk-up customers, states Super Shuttle.
