ChoiceAir is a program run by Celebrity Cruises that enables its passengers to find and book air transportation for their cruises. The program guarantees passengers the lowest price on their airplane tickets, and also includes a monitoring service that helps passengers find new flights in case cancellations or delays may cause them to miss a cruise.
Celebrity Cruises' ChoiceAir lowest airfare guarantee states that if customers find a lower price for a ticket within 24 hours of the booking, the passenger is entitled to a 110 percent refund of the price difference. The program allows passengers to search online for flights from different airlines, with the search system filtering out any flights that don't work with the cruise schedule. Passengers can also book their flights through the ChoiceAir program by calling Celebrity Cruises' customer service. The ChoiceAir program is offered to all passengers free of charge and includes access to Celebrity Air agents that are available around the clock to answer questions and provide assistance.
