CheckINN Card holders receive 24/7 traveler's assistance, last room availability, 24-hour stays, walk-in availability and a convenient online tracking system that keeps track of company-wide travel automatically. The program requires no minimums or contracts and has access to the hotel's standard cancellation policies. The program also pays $30 in CheckINN credit to any member who finds a lower advertised price for a participating hotel stay in a printed ad, coupon or special promotion.

A variety of popular hotel chains accept the CheckINN Card, including Days Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn and Best Western. A number of leading independent hotels accept the card as well. In all, over 17,000 hotels accept the card across the United States and Canada.

The employer must pay any taxes, fees or other charges in addition to the promotional rate. A $5 transaction fee also accompanies each night's stay.
