Each passenger's handbag or laptop bag must fit underneath the seat in front of him. The second bag belongs in the overhead compartment. If the bag does not fit, it is placed with the checked luggage. All carry-on bags cannot weigh more than 51 pounds each. Any items bought at the airport are considered a carry-on.
