Crater Lake is the deepest lake in the United States, and people often admire it for its clear deep blue water. There are two islands located on Crater Lake: Wizard Island and Phantom Ship. The lake features a century-old 30-meter-long tree stump that people refer to as the "Old Man of the Lake." Due to the cool temperature of the water, the stump has remained preserved.
