Who Can Use Dial-A-Ride?

Dial-a-Ride is a transportation service operated by the City of Santa Clarita Transit and it is available for senior citizens ages 60 years and older as well as persons with certified disabilities or special needs living in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles. Dial-a-Ride's paratransit curb-to-curb service is available to these citizens at any time during regular working hours.

As of February 2015, Dial-a-Ride's regular working hours are 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. It operates from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. The service is also open to the general public 7 days a week after 6:00 p.m. To register for the service, customers need to provide their local address and phone number by dialing the Dial-a-Ride registration number at 661-294-9327. Unrestricted use of Dial-a-Ride is only accessible to those who provide proof of age or disability at the time of registration.
