Arkansas is a landlocked state in the southeastern United States that is bordered by six states: Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Its state capital is Little Rock, and other major population centers include Pine Bluff, Fort Smith and Conway.
