Full Answer

Schedules for the Nanaimo run are under West Vancouver to Nanaimo, found by pressing the Metro Vancouver tab on the left search bar. Once the routing is picked, the schedule is displayed by date. Users select the date range using a drop-down box above and to the right of the schedule. The number of sailings and times change throughout the year.

The above scenario is used for the other two routes, listed as West Vancouver to Sunshine Coast and Bowen Island to Vancouver. All three show the schedules for crossing in both directions. Under the header, the top right of each Schedule page lists the travel time and distance for each ferry route. At the bottom of each page are links for tracking the daily departures and for tracking the location of each ferry.

Passengers with booked tickets can subscribe to an email notification service that activates when a ferry is delayed or canceled. Additional links provide information on fares, baggage, parking and the different ferries used on the routes. Once on the Fares page, reservations may be made using the Reservation tab on the left column.
