The most recent maps and charts of the Intracoastal Waterway, also known as the Intracoastal Canal, in Louisiana can be viewed on the NOAA Office of Coastal Survey Web page. The Intracoastal Waterway is split into 35 separate maps.
To find the maps of the Intracoastal Waterway, first navigate to the Charts.NOAA.gov home page. In the upper left corner of the page, select the Nautical Charts & Pubs link. This will direct the user to a new page. Click the first link on the page, which reads "Charts organized by region." On the next page, select Gulf Coast as the preferred region. This will direct the user to a page which lists all the charts and maps for the Gulf Coast and contains detailed charts and maps of the Intracoastal Waterway.
