After completing the online check-in process, customers can print a JetBlue boarding pass on a home printer, at a JetBlue kiosk in the departing airport or at a JetBlue customer service desk, as of April 2015. JetBlue also offers a mobile check-in option that uses a digital boarding pass.
To check in for a JetBlue flight, the customer needs the name of the passenger and the flight confirmation number. Once checked in, she has the option to immediately print the boarding pass on an available printer or email it to herself for later printing. To use the mobile boarding pass option, the customer needs to have a smartphone that is capable of displaying the pass.
