To access the county and township maps of the state of Michigan, visit Michigan.gov and click Departments under the Popular headline. Scroll down and click Natural Resources. On the DNR page, click Press Releases, Maps & Data on the left sidebar menu and click Maps on the drop-down menu. Under Topography and Topographic Quadrangles, click By Location to access the county maps. Click the name of a county to view the county's township map.

To find a detailed map of townships and cities in Michigan, click By Name under Topography on the Maps page. Click the name of a city or township to view a detailed topographic quadrangle map. The maps are in PDF format and require an Adobe Acrobat Reader to display correctly.
