The Airport Authority lists all of Florida's airports alphabetically. Each entry has the airport name, if there is one, or notes whether it is a municipal, public or private field. The airport's FAA code is also included. Clicking on each entry gives information on the airport, but some entries are more complete than others. The entry for Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport lists airlines available and other information, while Cross City Airport only lists other airports nearby.
Airport-Data.com also lists all airports in Florida alphabetically and supplies the FAA code. As of March 2015, 843 airports were listed including private airfields and heliports. Clicking on an entry pulls up airport location, whether there is a control tower, the length of the runway and available service information. Much of the information is technical, suitable for pilots and airport personnel.
MapsOfWorld.com displays a Florida map with international and commercial airports noted. Beneath the map, descriptions of the international airports are provided, along with lists of some commercial, general, public and military airports. It's intended for those only looking for the larger, more well known airports.Learn more about The South
