US Airways passengers can print boarding passes at home or at the airport. Passengers also can obtain boarding passes from a US Airways customer service representative at the ticketing counter. In some cities, passengers can use a mobile boarding pass on a smartphone.
To print a boarding pass at home or use a mobile boarding pass, passengers must check in for flights online or through the US Airways application for smartphones. During online check-in, the user can select to either print a boarding pass or send it to an email address or through text message. Text messages and emails provide links to the mobile boarding passes, which passengers can scan in participating airports. Passengers who use the mobile application can check in and access boarding passes through the application.
US Airways passengers can check in up to 24 hours before a flight online or through the mobile application. Passengers checking in or printing boarding passes at the airport should arrive 90 minutes prior to a domestic flight and two hours before an international flight. Passengers arriving less than an hour before departure for an international flight or 30 minutes prior to a domestic flight may not be able to print boarding passes at the airport due to time restrictions.
