The cruise ship can carry 1,500 passengers and has 180 cabins, six restaurants and bars and casinos on two levels. Vacation options include sailing and staying on board the ship or cruising to Bimini and staying at the resort. Sails from Miami to the resort location on Bimini depart daily.

Two- and three-night cruises from the Port of Miami depart on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. These are party cruises that spend part of the time sailing the Caribbean and the rest docked in Bimini so passengers can enjoy the island.

Accommodations at the resort vary from studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment-style units to luxurious three- and four-bedroom oceanfront villas. As of March, 2015, a luxury waterfront marina hotel is under construction.

Amenities include a private stretch of beach, infinity pools, a marina that offers snorkeling, SCUBA and fishing charters and the World Bimini Casino. The easiest way to get around the island is by golf cart, available for rent at the resort.
