Benefits of the IHG Priority Club, which changed its name to IHG Rewards Club in 2013, include earning points redeemable for flights, free Internet and priority check-in. There are different levels of the Rewards Club, and each level offers its own benefits.
As of 2015, customers who are members of the Club tier of the IHG Rewards Club can stay at participating hotels for up to 14 nights in one calendar year, earning points at more than 4,800 InterContinental Hotels Group hotels worldwide. There are no blackout dates for Reward Nights.
Customers who are part of the Gold Elite Club receive all of the Club benefits, plus priority check-in on guaranteed reservations, a 10 percent bonus on base points, and an exclusive customer service phone number. Those customers who are part of the Premium Elite club receive all Club level benefits, including free Internet, the ability to rollover extra nights towards the next year's qualification, priority check-in on all guaranteed reservations and a complimentary room upgrade that is subject to availability. Elite Club members also receive a 50 percent bonus on base points, as well as access to an exclusive Platinum Elite customer service phone number. Members can find participating hotels all over the world, and new customers can join the club through the IHG website.
