The central depot for B.C. Transit is in the Greater Binghamton Transportation Center in Binghamton. The facility is also a stop for Greyhound, Megabus, Coach USA and Trailways buses. Other central stops for many B.C. Transit routes are Binghamton University, BC Junction and Town Square Mall.

Most of B.C. Transit's routes run seven days a week, but there are several that are not available on Saturday or Sunday. A paratransit service called B.C. Lift is also available.
