As of October 2015, the educational tour lasts about 30 minutes, and at the conclusion visitors can go to the scoop shop for a bite and the gift shop for company souvenirs. The Vermont Teddy Bear Company also features a tour of its facilities where tourists can see how the bears are made. This company also provides a souvenir gift shop.
Jay Peak Resort features skiing opportunities for beginners and experts. The Pump House Indoor Water Park has slides, pools and other water activities to entertain children. Smugglers’ Notch Resort & Ski Area offers skiing, ice skating and snowboarding during the winter and zip lining, miniature golf, Frisbee golf, mountain biking and hiking during the summer.
Lake Champlain Valley's Shelburne Museum features over 150,000 pieces of art that include folk art, decorative furniture and impressionist paintings. Thirty-eight exhibition buildings house the collections.
