Attractions at Universal Studios Orlando include E.T. Adventure, The Simpsons Ride, Transformers: The Ride 3D and Harry Potter World, as of 2015. Universal Studies also features several live shows, such as Terminator 3D and the Horror Make-Up Show. Universal Studios also has a sister theme park, Islands of Adventure, that features roller coasters and other high-adrenaline rides. Universal Studios consists of attractions, dining and shopping based on the film and television industry. The original park opened in 1990, and is set up like a movie lot, complete with characters who wander the park and interact with guests. As of 2015, the park has eight themed areas: Hollywood, Production Central, New York, San Francisco, Diagon Alley/London, World Expo, Springfield, and Woody Woodpecker's Kidzone.
