The open camping policy at the resort allows guests to camp wherever they choose on the property. Restrictions are place on camping only if the forestry service has announced fire restrictions. The resort also has three motel buildings, which includes kitchenettes.
Other amenities at Apache Lake Marina and Resort are gas docks, ice house, docks, convenience store, restaurant, bar, wet storage and dry storage. RV hookups include electricity, water and sewer. Twelve of the hookups also include cable TV, as of 2015. The forestry service developed the Reavis trailhead at the resort as a hiking trail for guests to use. It is a 9-mile hike one way and reaches an elevation of 1,440 feet.
Guests are allowed to use the resorts password encrypted Wi-Fi if they purchase a drink or meal at either the restaurant or bar. Video downloading or gaming is not allowed over Wi-Fi, but guests can use it for activities such as checking email or sharing photos.
