American Airlines services Dallas/Fort Worth, while American Eagle flies to Chicago-O'Hare, Miami and New York's LaGuardia airport. JetBlue airlines flies to Boston, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. In 1994, the airport approached Gresham, Smith & Partners for a long-term expansion and renovation program. The project included concourse expansion, new and expanded parking structures, a new terminal roadway, widening of security checkpoints and the construction of a central utility plant.
