Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport has two addresses: 2401 Smith Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22202 and 1 Aviation Circle, Washington, D.C. 20001. The airport opened in 1941 and has 35 gates in Terminal B/C and nine gates in Terminal A, as of 2015. Its official airport designation is DCA.
Reagan National is accessible using the yellow and blue lines of the D.C. Metro. Passengers take either of these lines directly to the Reagan National Metro station. The airport primarily provides nonstop service to locations within a 1,250 mile perimeter of Washington D.C. Some flights are available to cities outside this perimeter, such as Los Angeles, Seattle and Salt Lake City.
