To activate a Speedpass, log in to your account on Speedpass.com after the device arrives, or call 877-733-3727, as of 2015. You need a valid email address to create an account, and you can find help from the My Account login page if you forget your email address or password.
If your Speedpass is not functioning correctly, check to ensure the linked debit or credit card has not expired or reached its limit, and make sure the device and all replacements are activated. Speedpass works with all major credit cards as well as all cards that hold a Visa or MasterCard logo. The device itself does not store your credit card number or other personal information, making it safe and secure for daily use. It also includes a security code and dedicated transponder identification to make it more secure than a magnetic stripe card. If your Speedpass is damaged, lost or stolen, speak to a customer service representative at the toll-free number, or log in to your account at Speedpass.com to request a replacement.
