To make Easy Crockpot Venison Korean BBQ, rinse and pat dry 2 pounds of venison, and then cut it into bite-size pieces. Put the meat in the slow cooker and pour the contents of one bag of Campbell���s Korean BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce over it. Set the cooker on the lowest setting, and cook for five to seven hours.
Prepare a bag of rice noodles with water by following the package's directions. For each serving, place some rice noodles on a plate, garnish with spinach leaves and top with venison pieces. This recipe yields four to six servings.
For Slow Cooker Venison, put 3 pounds of boneless venison roast in the slow cooker. Top with slices of a large onion. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
