To make tea with chocolate mint leaves, fill a mug less than half full with fresh leaves, and then pour boiling water over the leaves. Allow a few minutes of steeping time, then remove the leaves and enjoy the tea.
To make essential oil, chop the leaves, pack them in an airtight container, and heat vegetable, nut or olive oil on the stove. Pour the oil over the leaves, and allow it to cool. Put the lid on the container, store the mixture in a dark place for a week, and then strain it into a spray bottle.
