To mix the dough, combine 3 cups of original Bisquick mix with 2/3 cup of hot water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and mix it together until a dough forms. Let the dough sit for 8 minutes. Grease a cookie sheet with vegetable oil. Press the dough into a 13-by-10-inch rectangle on the cookie sheet, shaping the edges to make a 3/4-inch rim. Spread 1 1/4 cups of pizza or spaghetti sauce on top of the dough. Add desired toppings, such as pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, onion, olives or mushrooms. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit or until the crust is brown, and the cheese is melted.
An alternative is to use the dough to make a pizza with pesto, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. For this variation, spread the dough with 3/4 cup of prepared pesto, then layer with one thinly sliced, fresh Roma tomato. Sprinkle with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, and bake for 8 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
