DaVinci Gourmet offers syrups in four categories: classic, sugar-free, all-natural and Fruit Innovations. Classic and sugar-free syrups include bar and cocktail syrups, fruit and nut syrups, dessert syrups, and seasonal syrups. All-natural syrups have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. The Fruit Innovations line of syrups are specially designed for use in cold beverages such as tea and lemonade.
DaVinci Gourmet's classic syrups include flavors such as chai tea concentrate, almond, ginger, toasted marshmallow and peppermint. They also include pina colada and margarita mix. Simple sweetener syrups such as cane sugar, honey and maple are also available. The sugar-free line includes many of the same flavors as the classic line and uses Splenda to sweeten the syrups.
All-natural syrups are classified in two subcategories. The single-origin category offers natural syrups flavored with fruits and seasonings from a single source, with flavors such as Hawaiian salted caramel, Madagascar vanilla, Pacific Northwest raspberry and Turkish hazelnut. The naturals line includes caramel, coconut, crème de menthe, irish cream and vanilla flavors. Natural berry flavors include marionberry and strawberry.
The classic, sugar-free and all-natural syrups have varied applications such as cocktail beverages and hot drinks. The Fruit Innovations line of syrups are intended for use with cold drinks.
