As of September 2015, the Canoe restaurant menu features such main dinner entrées as wild boar, spring salmon and Ontario lamb. It also features a raw oyster bar, as well as many sides and starters, such as mushroom soup and venison tartare. There is a separate lunch and dessert menu.
