- 2 tablespoons, light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons, butter
- 1/2 teaspoon, ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
In a 2-quart saucepan, melt the butter and light corn syrup over medium heat. Then stir in the ground cinnamon, sugar and salt and remove the pan from the heat.
Add the pecans to the butter mixture and toss to coat. Ensure all of the pecans are coated well. Transfer the coated pecans to a shallow baking pan in a single layer. If the pecans do not fit on one baking sheet, use two.
Bake the pecans at 250 degrees F for about 1 hour, flipping every 15 minutes, until the pecans are a shade darker and fragrant. Cool and store in an airtight container.
