To store peeled garlic, arrange the garlic cloves on a cookie sheet and put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Then, place them in a container and put them back in the freezer. They should last for up to a year.
Another tip is to turn the cloves into powder. Fill a small food processor with garlic cloves, then pulse them. Place the garlic in a dehydrator and allow it to dry out. This should take four to six hours. Make sure that the vents on the dehydrator's lid are half-opened. Scrape the dried garlic into a bowl, then grind it. Place it in an airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place.
