To bake frozen chicken patties, preheat the oven to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit, place the patties on a baking sheet and cook for 17 to 20 minutes. Chicken patties are often prepared to use for sandwiches and are eaten on hamburger buns. Add lettuce, tomato and pickles to enhance the flavor of the sandwich.
To microwave frozen chicken patties, place the patties on a microwave-safe plate. Heat the patties on the high setting for about one to one and half minutes for each patty on the plate. The microwaved patties should stand for one or two minutes before serving.
Chicken patties can also be made from scratch using a flour coating containing spices such as dry mustard and paprika.
