To make the Best Ever Cheesecake recipe, combine 1 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup of melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press the mixture onto a pie plate, and chill. Beat 16 ounces of cream cheese with 2 eggs for one minute. Add 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt. Beat for one minute and pour into crust.

Return the beef mixture to the pan and add 1 cup of sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Cook until heated through, and serve with the prepared noodles.
