Add 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces and 1/4 cup of your choice of Captain Rodney's glaze, depending on the desired flavor profile. Roll the cheese into a ball and refrigerate for three hours. Roll the ball in 1/2 cup Italian blend cheese and drizzle with Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze.
