Some summer drink recipes are Food Network's Cucumber Pineapple Tequila Cooler and Mojito Limeade, and Delish's Orange Splash Cocktail. Each recipe uses a different citrus fruit for a refreshing summer drink.
To make the Cucumber Pineapple Tequila Cooler, first juice 1 cup of pineapple cubes, 2 limes and a seedless cucumber using a juicer. If a juicer is not an option, use a blender. In a cocktail shaker, combine 4 ounces of tequila, the fruit juices, 1 tablespoon of agave nectar, 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes and a pinch of salt. Shake the drink well, and then serve it in tall glasses filled with ice. Serve with a straw and extra cucumber slices as garnish.
